An N.S.S. Camp Organised in Our School
A ten-day N.S.S. camp was organized in our school. One hundred students took part in it. The function was inaugurated by the district education officer. He advised the students to be sincere, hardworking, and honest in life. The students adopted a nearby village for making the people aware of cleanliness and personal hygiene. They worked from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. daily. There were three breaks to make the students relaxed. They cleaned the village school campus and the streets of the village. They also made people aware of AIDs, energy conservation, water harvesting, personal cleanliness, etc. In the evening, cultural cum entertainment programmes were also organized daily.
