With due regards, through the columns of your esteemed paper, I wish to draw the kind attention of the officers concerned with the menace caused by monkeys in our locality.

Our days begin with the chattering of monkeys in our area. We find monkeys sitting on the roofs of our houses. When they find the chance, they come down to the courtyard. They pick up whatever they find there. They run away with clothes, utensils, and eatables. The women and children of our families are under terror. They cannot move outside the house with anything in their hands. The monkeys have started even attacking the children and women of our society.

The authorities are requested to do the needful at once.
